“How can I get coverage for my new tablet?”
Simply select the relevant price range of your tablet and your preferred contractual term. Apart from mere damage protection, you also have the opportunity to add an optional theft protection to optimally cover your tablet. Then, you only need to enter your email address and the product serial number in the order process. We will immediately email you the Insurance Certificate.
“How long is the contractual term for my schutzklick tablet insurance?”
The insurance cover will automatically end when your selected contractual term expires. You do not have to terminate the contract and it will also not be extended automatically. However, before the contract expires, you can easily extend your device coverage for another 12 months online.
“My tablet is damaged. What do I need to do?”
You can report damages easily via our website. After filling in the electronic report form, you will receive an email containing a dispatch note. Use this to send your defective tablet free of charge to our repair partner. Your repaired tablet will be returned to you in no time.
In case of theft, the process is almost the same. Instead of covering the repair, we will usually reimburse the purchase price of a new device. We will always keep you updated about the status of your damage claim.
